Screen

Once we know exactly what type of candidate you are looking for and have sourced several potential candidates from our social network or other avenues, the next step is successfully screening candidates. Our screening process includes an initial background check, survey, and detailed list of questions asked of each candidate during the screening call. We use the best tools available to assess each candidate in accordance with your hiring criteria. We offer behavioral and competency testing during this stage, if required, which can be accessed online.

Interview

The interview process is the most crucial part of the recruiting process. We conduct multiple advanced phone, video, or in-person visits which helps us to narrow the candidate scope prior to submitting our recommendations to you. This gives us a chance to find out more about the applicant’s background, skills, check references, and evaluate fit to ensure they are aligned with your company’s culture.

Offer

Once you have shortlisted your top candidates, we check finalize references and begin the offer process. We negotiate the offer details from all sides and work toward a mutually agreeable result. We will use existing offer templates provided by your Human Resources team or can provide standardized offer templates that incorporate HR best practices.

On-boarding

We partner with your Human Resources team to fully define the new employee on-boarding process. Also, Nvelup has an on-boarding process and templates available, if required.
